Ease Release™ 500 is a TEFLON™-like dry film mold release (and dry lubricant) that contains no silicones, oils or wax. Ease Release 500 is non-migrating and non-staining. It is effective and improves efficiency in many molding processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form and die cast molding.Features:- Fast drying- Effective over a broad temperature range from 21°C to 204°C- Easy to apply- Non staining, non migrating- Inert with outstanding thermal and chemical stability- Ease Release 500 provides:Excellent release- Matte surface finish on molded parts- Ease of post finishing molded parts
